Work and Sport
Doing physical activity increases your intensity at work. Many people use their work-life as an excuse not to do sport. Studies anyway indicate to become successful at work, you should be physically healthy. For instance, employees who suffer from obesity have a lower chance for promotions compared to their physically fitter colleagues.
But when should you work out? Before work or after? The answer widely depends on your interests and lifestyle. Running before work rises your energy throughout the day. It increases your metabolism and causes additional calories to burn all day. That’s despite all the psychological boost it brings!
jogging after work also has its benefits. As you have been awake all day, your body is more prepared for activity in the evening compared to early morning. It also can be used as a motivation to finish long days at work. This time is probably more possible for employees, so you might enjoy doing sport with friends or coworkers.
