The importance of creativity
Working at companies in which creativity is encouraged has many advantages. The most obvious point -probably- is the problem-solving aspect. When employees feel that their workplace’ managers celebrate creativity, they will find the courage to find and share wonderful solutions to different obstacles in their path which the entire company can benefit from.
However, passing problems is not the only good thing about prioritizing creativity. Studies indicate that creativity inspires employees for better and more efficient collaboration in the workplace. One specific research has shown that employees are more loyal to the company they work for when the company cares enough about creativity.
Creativity is in fact transforming innovative ideas to realities. A creative employee, dive deeply into the issue and plays with different ideas and materials. Creative people ask a lot of questions and are not easily convinced. So, if a company claims they run a creative atmosphere, they have to prepare necessary tools for that and appreciate curious employees for long-run strategies.
