Job interviews’ common questions

Changing a career could always be stressful. More than 70% of people think changing jobs is one of the toughest things to do. generally, the job interview is considered the hardest step of this process. However, the more you get familiar with the questions you will be asked, the easier it becomes to cope with the anxiety. Job interview questions normally take place in two categories: about yourself and your experience.

Usually, the most important part of the interview is in following your characteristics. “Tell me about yourself.”  “What are your strengths and weaknesses?” “Where do you want to be in five years?” “Why do you think we should hire you?” are among these topics. Strike a balance between your strengths and your potential weaknesses and do not exaggerate anything.

In the sections about your experience, they will ask you “why did you leave your last job?” if you don’t prepare yourself for this one, you are in trouble. Address your desire to progress rather than your conflicts with former managers. “What is your biggest professional achievement?”, “What was your toughest decision” “How did you work as a team member?” and “how did you communicate with your former co-workers?” are other possible questions.
